About Dot Dot Consultancy
Director Estelle Rowe is an experienced business consultant, board member and CCAB qualified accountant. She has almost 25 years of experience in finance, strategic and business planning, performance and change management, commissioning and collaborative working.

Her mission for Dot Dot Consultancy is to help organisations across voluntary, private and public sectors to build better, more sustainable and focused businesses, able to make a real difference to the social and economic strength of their local communities. Since establishing the company in 2008 she has built an impressive project portfolio across all three sectors. Her input ranges from developing commercial options appraisals and new business models, implementingfinancial control and reporting processes, designing and delivering commercial skills and senior leadership courses through to supporting businesses with major commercial bids and tenders.
Prior to establishing her consultancy business, she held senior financial and management positions in the local government and educations sectors. In these roles she supported the delivery of major developments such as public/private partnerships, new building projects and major new commercial organisations.
She is a non-executive director (Group Vice Chair) of First Ark, a social housing and investment group, where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee. She is secretary and trustee of a Warrington based charity supporting vulnerable people and also provides mentoring services for UnLtd, the social enterprise support organisation.
Estelle is a BSc (Hons) in Economics and qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance& Accountancy (CIPFA) in 1994. She holds the CIPFA Practice Assurance scheme accreditation (29821-CIP).
Associate Siān Jay has more than 30 years' experience of working in the public and voluntary sectors. She has well-honed strategic development skills with significant experience in redesigning and restructuring services and a successful track record in programme and project management. She complements this with strong understanding and experience of engaging communities and considerable success in using equality and human rights to improve how organisations meet the needs of their communities. Siān is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and a SFEDI accredited Business Mentor with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs. She also serves as a Board member for Groundwork Lancashire West and at Wigan and Leigh CVS.
During her local government career, Siãn worked extensively with third sector advice providers including Wigan and Leigh CAB. She has been involved in the evolution of advice services including strategic reviews with both LSB and IAG Partnerships. As Social Re:Focus, she has provided consultancy support to a range of third sector organisations including Age UK Wigan Borough. She has specifically supported Groundwork Lancashire West with developing new markets a piece of work that led to being invited to join their Board.
Associate Sandra Taylor is our 'Business Process Management' (BPM) specialist. She works with Social Enterprises, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and SMEs who have identified challenges with delivering services at the cost and quality that the business requires. She has over 15 years at Executive and Senior Management levels in Social Housing and Local Government, including Emergency Services. She is a BA (Hons) in Information © Library Management and a post graduate Dip. Management. She is also ITIL qualified (IT Service Management).
